Fitness Challenge - Week 1
As we all dust off our runners and bikes in preparation for the club Relay on St Patrick's morning, we are going to share a weekly couch to 5k plan and a 7k running plan to get us practicing.
Each week it will vary along with a workout of the week.
Get your teams in to any of our committee and get some steps / practice in advance.
This is a fun day (not a competition), but just to motivate us all and get the community out.
