Fitness Challenge - Week 2
In preparation for the club Relay on St Patrick's morning, we are going to share a weekly couch to 5k plan and a 7k running plan to get us practicing. With less than 4 weeks to go we are increasing the km for the runners in the group.
Each week it will vary along with a workout of the week.
Get your teams in to any of our committee and get some steps / practice in advance.
